What is CEPA?

The United Nations Committee of Experts on Public Administration, established by the Economic and Social Council in its resolution 2001/45, is comprised of 24 members who meet annually at UN Headquarters in New York. The Committee is responsible for supporting the work of ECOSOC concerning the promotion and development of public administration and governance among Member States, in connection with the UN Millennium Development Goals.

Estimados(as) Colegas:

Me alegro enormemente al constatar el interesante, constructivo y positivo trabajo que desarrolla el CEPA.

Tal como lo señalara anteriormente, los desafíos son multifactoriales y la responsabilidad de lograr el cumplimiento de los Objetivos del Desarrollo del Milenio es de todos y todas.

He podido constatar, la excelente voluntad de Gobiernos, instituciones y personas en pro de avanzar y construir una sociedad que propicia la igualdad de oportunidades para todos(as). 

Tengo la firme convicción que el futuro de la humanidad será más positivo. Sin embargo, nuestro desafío es construir y contribuir a ello.

Un gran abrazo a todos(as).

Estimado colega ,
 con el retrovisor conducción es malo. Tenemos las soluciones adecuadas para el desarrollo de la experiencia compartida. Necesitamos ideas , como la educación y un futuro mejor puede dar forma. Los gobiernos deberían incluir principios de la opinión pública de sus acciones y respetar las aspiraciones de su pueblo. Por esta razón , la norma DIN EN ISO / CEI 17024 es importante. Él describe el conocimiento Personenzertifizierbarkeit y necesario en un programa de certificación.

Estimados(as) Colegas:

El CEPA brinda reales oportunidades de poder estudiar, debatir, analizar, reflexionar y aportar en diversas materias vinculadas al cumplimiento de los Objetivos del Desarrollo del Milenio, La paz mundial, la gobernabilidad, la rendición de cuentas públicas, la modernización del estado, la inclusión y participación ciudadana entre otras tantas temáticas.

Sin lugar a dudas, la investigación prospectiva, ayuda de manera muy significativa a los Gobiernos; con la finalidad de  estudiar tendencias y eventos portadores de futuros, materia central para construir y por ende contribuir al desarrollo de la Humanidad y la Paz Mundial.

Citizen Participation and Open Governance are ideas whose time has arrived.

Governments desire to deliver services to the people, in response to their needs, so governments need to go to the people, before people come to governments for late demands on government. Responsive governance thrives when governments listen to the people and answer the people in time!
